Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@tabletopsupply.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you can return the item(s) via a postage method mentioned below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns postage

If the item is faulty, incorrect or broken when you received the item we will reimburse the cost of your return postage as well as offer an exchange or refund of the product. So please keep a receipt of your postage cost.

We highly recommend you use a tracked/recorded delivery service when returning items, you can use the Tracked or Signed For services from Royal Mail.

Items sent without enough postage will have any costs deducted from any refunds due.

If an item isn't sent recorded/tracked and goes missing before arriving with us, we may not be able to issue a refund.
