Orders made before 3pm Monday-Friday (excl. UK Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, will arrive Tuesday, not Monday.

Greener Packaging

We use cardboard packaging made from recycled and recyclable materials, along with paper based padding materials on larger orders. If we use bubble wrap it is typically reused bubble wrap from our suppliers, although we are working to reduce this.

We pack small pieces into strong reusable plastic bags, to protect them from falling out if the outer packaging gets damaged during shipping. However we try to keep these bags to a minimum, so we may combine multiple items into one bag.

By using Royal Mail we already use one of the greenest delivery companies in the UK. We also use Shopify's Planet program as well to help to make amends for the delivery impact.

We are always looking at ways to improve this as well as we grow.

If we cannot deliver the item within 30 days of your order, we will contact you about your order to either cancel and/or refund the order.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs caused as a result of additional import taxes or customs handling. When ordering from outside the UK.

If you report your order as not received we reserve the right to start an investigation with our delivery and fulfilment partners before we consider the item as lost. We also reserve the right to send a replacement item instead of a refund.

We will consider an item delivered when it arrives at the address you supply to us, please check that the address you provide is correct at time of purchase.

Orders that come back to use due to addressing issues or have been not been collected from postal depot/office, may be subject to a redelivery fee.
